Additional Acknowledgements
Consultant Karsten Kørup and student assistant Amalie Ulrich, both DTU have helped with analysis, providing and aligning data sets for the NORMO 2014 survey, setting up tables, making methodological reviews etc. Research Assistant Marie Michaelsen Bjøntegaard, University of Oslo designed and conducted a feasibility and pilot study prior to the data collection. Project Manager Hildur Gudny Asgeirsdottir, Directorate of Health, Iceland was reviewer on the chapter of physical activity in this report. We are grateful for their help. We also extend our gratitude to all the participants who generously shared their time, experiences, and personal stories. Their willingness to let us learn from their lived experience enables the understanding of health and lifestyle patterns across the Nordic Region. Without their openness and contribution, the important work represented in this report—and indeed much of our professional effort to improve public health and wellbeing—would not be possible. We remain grateful for their trust and engagement.
