The webinar took place on 4 December 2024 between 09:00-12:00 (CET). The audience joined online while speakers and panelists were present on site at Valo Hotel & Work in Helsinki, Finland, with the exception for two speakers who presented online.

The event was streamed through a virtual platform called AirMeet, allowing for seamless interaction between attendees. Interactive chat features were integrated with audience members encouraged to submit their questions for the speakers.
