The report has been commissioned by the Nordic Working Group on Climate and Air under the auspices of the Nordic Council of Ministers. This project was carried out in 2024 and has been undertaken by a Nordic consortium consisting of the organisations IVL Swedish Environmental Research Institute (Sweden), Norion Consult (Denmark) and Demos Helsinki (Finland).

The authors of the report are grateful for the Steering Group constructive and insightful discussions throughout the process. The report has resulted in one main report and one policy brief, and the results will be disseminated and communicated at the COP29 in the Nordic Pavilion.
