Arctic co-operation and the Nordic Arctic Programme 2025–2027 fall under the remit of the Ministers for Nordic Co-operation (MR-SAM) and the Nordic Committee for Co-operation (NSK).
The Nordic Advisory Committee for the Arctic (NRKA) serves as an advisory body to the Nordic Council of Ministers on the programme. The annual open call is administered by the Nordic Institute in Greenland (NAPA) and Ilisimatusarfik (University of Greenland). Strategic priorities for the programme are coordinated by the Nordic Council of Ministers’ international team.
